What we collect, and what we don’t.
No tracking
This site has no analytics, advertising trackers or cookies. Your browser remembers whether you closed the mailing list window, so it does not ask again; that note stays on your device.
Mailing list
If you sign up for One Good Stone letters, we keep your email address in our own mailing list system, hosted on our server rather than with a marketing company, and use it only to send the letters. We do not record which subscriber opens or clicks a letter. Every letter has a one-click unsubscribe link, and you can ask us to delete your address at any time.
Email you send us
When you email us, we keep your message and address to reply. If you order a piece, we also keep what we need to make and deliver it, and for our tax records.
Payments
Payment is taken through our payment provider. We never see or store your card number.
Your choices
Ask us at any time for a copy of what we hold about you, or for it to be deleted.
