Like the twig ring, this started as a concept image that Meshy turned into a mesh. In Blender it was scaled to 24 mm tall, bail included, and checked as a closed solid.
As modeled it is solid gold, about 6.6 g in 18k. A cast piece this size would usually be hollowed from the back, which keeps the shape and cuts the weight. The opening through the middle already takes some metal out.
